The average nationwide quota for our sales representatives ranges from $1.5 – 2 million, and the average nationwide compensation package for an experienced sales representative is $175-200,000 with a base salary range of $75-100,000+, depending upon experience, position level and the client company we are working with. We only recruit and work with candidates that have a solid record of performance calling on “C” levels of a geographic or Named Account sales model.
